Books, books, books

About a quarter of the book orders went out today. I should be dropping another 1/4 or so in the mail tomorrow. I'm trying not to give the post office ladies a conniption, as well as waiting for any last minute address changes. Get 'em in now, folks!

Besides putting together packages, I've spent the last couple days getting over a cold. Eleanor's got it now, ha ha.

Today I also went and talked a little about doing webcomics to the kids in Linda Medley's "Self Publishing" class, over at SCAD. I don't know how coherent I was, but hopefully somebody got something out of it.

Speaking of teh webcomics, I guess I really ought to do some of those soon, huh?

Comments:

Agh, you got to see Linda?

Half the reason i was so jazzed about moving to Portland last year was that i might be able to run shoulders with her for a bit, but FAZOOM - she was gone.

Dude, you do webcomics? I had no idea! ;-)

Drew,
It was a very good presentation on webcomics, if I do say so myself, which I do (even though I arrived late to the class). And yes, Bill, Linda is awesome to hang around and gain comic knowledge from her gigantic comic talented brain.
Hugs,
David Yoder

Hey, can someone still snag a copy of the Journal Comic collection? I don't want to have missed the board.

I think Linda still has an apartment in Portland, so she's not gone entirely.

And yes, there are plenty of books still available (just click on the shop button up top!)
